He is currently teaching electronics\, physics and chemistry at the Applied Science National Institute (INSA) – engineering school in Blois. \nHis research interests are focused on the synthesis of porous and nanostructured semi-conductors and its application in the fields of microelectronics\, energy storage or biomedicine. During the past decade\, he participated to 20 research programs at national and international levels and authored or co-authored more than 30 articles in peer-reviewed journals. DESCRIPTION:2nd European Quantum Technologies Virtual Conference (EQTC)\nEQTC 2021 is a virtual event being hosted by the Irish Centre for High-End Computing and the National University of Ireland\,  Galway between 29th November and 2nd December 2021. \nThis  event will highlight all of the most prominent and recent advances in European and international quantum technology activities across basic sciences\, communication\, computing\, simulation and sensing/metrology. \nThe conference programme addresses a wide range of topics in quantum technologies including fundamental science\, infrastructure development\, industry engagements\, education & training\, encouraging and facilitating gender balance in the quantum community\, international cooperation\, and policy-making. It will provide a forum to highlight the state-of-the-art in quantum technologies both in Europe and from around the world. \nEQTC 2021 will also provide a full update on the European Quantum Flagship initiative\, strategies and opportunities including reports from and discussions with the Strategic Research Agenda\, Innovation\, and Education Working Groups of the Quantum Flagship. It will provide networking opportunities for the European and International academic and industrial quantum technologies communities\, whilst also promoting other issues such as communication of quantum technologies towards the general public.

A transzmissziós elektronmikroszkópia fejlődésében minőségi ugráskövetkezett be a szférikus aberráció korrektorokkal\, ami szerencsésen esett egybe a két–dimenziós (2D) félvezetők színrelépésével. Áttekintem az általunk előállított 2D nitridfélvezetőket fókuszálva a 2D InN–re és új fizikai tulajdonságaira megmutatva azoknanoszerkezetét a gömbi hiba korrigált mikroszkóp segítségével. Kitekintünk a MoS2/GaNheteroátmenetekre is\, amelyek jelenleg kutatásunk fókuszában vannak.

DESCRIPTION:(english below) \nKedves Kollégák\, \nA Téli Ásványtudományi Iskolát idén Veszprémben a Pannon Egyetem Konferenciaközpontjában rendezzük meg 2023. február 10-11-én (péntek-szombat).\nA végleges program az iskola honlapján megtekinthető (http://mposfai.hu/TAI/tai.htm). \nRöviden a programról:\n– péntek délelőtt kicsit kitekintünk a földtudományhoz kötődő ásványtanból\, és új módszerekkel\, anyagokkal és globális kihívásokkal ismerkedünk; ez a leginkább “iskola” jellegű rész;\n– a péntek délután exobolygók ásványairól hallunk\, majd egy karbonátos blokk következik;\n– a pénteki nap egy könnyebben befogadható\, tudománytörténeti fókuszú és várhatóan derűs perceket is szerző előadásokkal zárul;\n– péntek esti vizuális szenzáció (vagy szombat reggeli\, ez az egyetemen zajló egyéb rendezvényektől függ): megtekinthető a Nanolab elektronmikroszkópos felvételeiből készült kiállítás az Aulában;\n– szombaton geokémia lesz öt előadásban\, majd három archeo- és bioásványos előadás zárja a programot. \nFelhívom a tisztelt résztvevők figyelmét arra (a honlapon is szerepel)\, hogy jelenleg szinte egész Veszprém építési terület\, az egyetemet is beleértve\, ezért az egyetemen nem lehet parkolni. The final program of the school is available on the website of the meeting (http://mposfai.hu/TAI/tai.htm).\n\nSome comments about the program:\n– Friday morning we start with talks that go beyond traditional earth science-related mineralogy; new techniques\, materials and global challenges will be presented;\n– Friday afternoon starts with an exciting topic (mineralogy of exoplanets)\, followed by a cluster of talks on carbonates;\n– as usual\, the last session on Friday is on the lighter side but still highly relevant and important to our science;\n– hopefully a visual highlight of the program will be a visit to the exhibition of TEM images by Nanolab\, U. Pannonia\, displayed in the Great Hall of the university (either Fri evening or Sat morning\, depending on other events at the university).\n– Saturday we will start with hard-rock geochemistry\, then the program will conclude with talks on archeo- and biominerals.\n\nPlease note that almost the entire city of Veszprém is under construction\, including the university. DESCRIPTION:Tisztelt Kollégák! \nÖrömmel tájékoztatjuk Önöket\, hogy a “14th International Conference on Ceramic Materials and Components for Energy and Environmental Systems” (CMCEE14\, https://akcongress.com/cmcee14/) nemzetközi konferenciát 2024. augusztus 18-22 között a Budapest Kongresszusi Központban szervezzük meg. \nAz immár 14-ik alkalommal – de először Magyarországon – megszervezett nemzetközi konferenciasorozat a legújabb feltörekvő kerámia- és energiatechnológiák és azok széleskörű alkalmazásaik bemutatására összpontosít. \nAz 5 napos konferencia alatt\, melynek létszáma várhatóan meghaladja az 1000 résztvevőt\, több mint 600 előadás hangzik el a témák széles skálájában ezzel is elősegítve a globális párbeszédet a kerámia és energiatechnológiák vezető világszakértőivel a társadalom fenntartható fejlődéséről. \nA konferencia plenáris előadója a 2019. évi Nobel-díjas M.
